At what point (lift size) do I need to be concerned with caster angle and new correction radius and control arms?

I want true 33 poss. 35's

I am sure others will chime in but I think lucky8 sells a 3 inch kit that is supposed to fit 33s. They have taller kits that include the items you mentioned as well. So I’m guessing over 3 inches you have to start worrying about it.

2" and less you are good 3" and up you need to start changing out radius arms and such.

3" will clear 33's, but to do 35's you need 4" which then leads to you changing almost everything.

To do 35's correctly, You need Radius arms, drive shafts, brake lines, ABS lines. panhard bar, watts linkage, shocks springs, HD steering, and as was mentioned. regearing and while you're there might as well add the lockers and axle shafts. Not cheap by any means...

Im sure some will say you dont "need" all that stuff, but like I said if you want to do it right and have the truck perform well then yes you do. If you just want to have 35's because they look cool and dont give a shit about how it performs, then you can skip some of the stuff I mentioned.

You are correct about the other parts needed to run 35's. I was just wondering about the pinion angles frt and rr. yes I will regear or run yota axles but im not there yet. Pos. do new shafts instead of yota axles.

No weird driveline issues with me on a 4" lift with custom radius arms and Tom Woods shaft.
I did swap my Rotoflex to a u-joint in the rear. My previous 3" lift kept chewing those up.

Honestly, from 2” to 4” on a Classic and a DII I have not had any weird issues. Some folks run into all kinds of vibes and such. Is this a DI or DII?
