DII taillights

Are these red & white taillights, as in these lights function as the brake lights, turn signals, and reverse lights with no yellow lenses or yellow bulbs like my 2004 taillights?
I put a Greg Davis rear bumper on my 2004 so I've lost my reverse lights and I wouldn't mind installing the earlier taillights and rewiring so brake, turn, and reverse are all up there in one unit.
