Well it's finally finished... Well it's never ever finished but I have done about 10 trails with it and it works great on road and especially off-road. It's now basically for off-road but I can drive it legally here anyways from the end of a trail to the trailor which is usually not to far.
Has you guys can see I modified the famous single shear bracket to a double shear. All the axles and portal gears were made of 300m from RCV.

Not bashing, but gotta ask:
Did you use a link calculator to determine link length? If you used the stock length radius arm as a template, they are way to short and are gonna bind up in the front. You probably won't notice it until you get off the muddy fire roads…
Is the rear still using the A Arm or is it a 3 link? Where you going for vertical separation by using those axle mounts?
Why didn't you cut the old mounts off and buy a 15 buck bracket and move the mount above the frame rail so it's not a rock magnet?
Are you using any orbitals, or just poly bushing joints, couldn't tell from the pic's

Can we talk about the fact that it has a carb?

Basically I have been running a carb for at least 7 years without an issue I would say 50 trails minimum and 2 expeditions to Labrador without issues....
Friend of mine with a 2008 rubicon had to turn around and by towed 500 miles because he had a problem with is computer sending to much fuel and is cats we're beat red and they were not blocked so ...
When you are from from home fuel or spark problem solved in no time...

Once again, I'm not bashing this, but…

You can put 10 more runs it but when it breaks, and it will break, it's a show stopper. Welding to cast, when done not right, and I going to say that it wasn't done right by looking at the undercutting on the weld, has weakened the A arm

You can build a 4 link, but whoever builds it needs to do it right, with proper length links and geometry. Looking at the rear link axle mounts, you really need to find a better shop or surf the net and buy brackets that aren't gonna fold up like a lawn chair when they hit a rock. You still didn't answer why the links are so far below the center line of the axle?

The front link setup is, well, not done right. It's way to short and the pinion angle is too flat. Let me guess, your not running the high angle driveshaft for articulation, but because a 1310 double cardon was binding, right?

just some comments...

i have run the truck on the road at least 1,000 miles with no issues and 10 trails all HD with guys running 40 inch tires and up with no issues of binding or anything so he must off done it right.

The rear is going to be replaced with 2 seperate control arms.

using curry johnny joints

ok, looks it like crap, has a lot of issues that you are ignoring and I really hope you didn't pay a lot for all that booty fab. Keep telling yourself that it's a great setup…

Still waiting for answers to the questions, but it's pretty obvious that you, and the shop you used to build this, haven't a clue, so good luck and at least your going to kill a bus full of canadian nun's when it folds up like a lawn chair.
