I am doing an engine overhaul of a '96 Disco 1, 4.0 Litre.
The overhaul manual says to replace the "Dowty Washers" for the bolts that enter the lower engine black and secure to the Crankshaft bearing Caps.

Atlantic British has them but they are very dear price. Ugh !!!!

can they be reused (doubtful)?

To make it worse, nine of them are 19mm and one is 16mm.

Just order them from UK, cheap to post something that size.

Many suppliers this is one who post to the US :-

Google picks up most of the obvious ones if you search on the part number

They had a bulletin about using blue thread locker on those to seal the oil path thru the threads. I've had hundreds of those out to do cross seals and rear main. I don't think I ever replaced one.
