drivers side heater control won't operate!

98 Disco drivers side heater control won't turn, nothing in workshop manual, how do i fix it, seems like the flap is jammed when i turn control i can hear the flap turn, wtf!

Hi,
you can find flap levers on both sides from heater box. Opening / droping glove box you will find right temp and air flow command control cables. Each of them are fixed and a wire moves flap levers. You can check drivers side opening fusebox cap. And loosening cable you can feel if flap works properly. Rest is only cable offset.

removed fuse cover and release stuck flap, works great, thanks Gunner!
