ECE beam pattern basically concentrates more light to the center and right (for LHD countries). It concentrates light where it's useful while avoiding glare to oncoming traffic.

Not aftermarket. These are the factory headlamps fitted to D2s in other LHD countries that abide by EU lighting standards. ECE is often regarded as superior to our outdated DOT Halogen lighting standards for the reasons I mentioned briefly.

Have Euro spec headlight lens in the Rangie as it was in Switzerland. The light pattern for sure is different yet the bulb one uses also has an impact.
