Does anybody have experience with this kit from AB (Rovers North also carries it)?

Brake line kit

I blew a brake line on my beater D2. I could splice in a patch. But based on my visual inspection, I may be opening a can of worms.

my son and I did all the hard pipe and brake hoses on his 2001 a few months back. we used the OE style hard lines from RN.

it wasn't too difficult. the AB kit with more flexible hard pipe might be even easier to work with.

I would do this. Pre bent brake lines are something Rover seems pretty good at and the price is pretty reasonable. Your going to have to straighten out any bending from shipment. I use the soft flexible pipe sometimes and haven't had any problems with that either.
I would order a bunch of the plastic clips that secure the brake line to the truck. Those things explode when you pull the line off them.

I used the same kit for D1 from AB several years ago. No problem so far. Pretty easy to install. It helps to have a brake line bender pliers.
