I am working on restoring a D2 that has been sitting for a few years. I got it running today and was able to drive it a little bit to charge the battery. However since it has been sitting for so long I plan to drain and replace all the fluids (oil, coolant, ATF, brake, wiper, A/C, transfer case, p/s, etc). I was wondering how much of each I need and whether you guys have a specific recommendation of which to use. Thanks

Yes look at RAVE and make sure you use correct fluid types, axles, transmission, transfer box, power steering, coolant.
These vehicles do not do well on the usual generic fluids.

Workshop manuals and owner's manual...and a whole lot more can be found in the google drive in the link in my signature. You are welcome to it all.

6 Liters of gear oil, 6 quarts DEXIII ATF, 7 quarts of your favorite motor oil (I've been using Pentosin 5w40), a gallon of antifreeze, a big bottle of low viscosity brake fluid (Pentosin DOT4LV is pretty commonly available). I don't know of an alternative for the power steering fluid, but I wouldn't bother changing it either.

Anyone use LiquiMoly? It has moly disulfide, which ought to work as well that the anti-wear package in Shell Rotella and is cheaper than Amsoil.

Certainly needs at least more p/s fluid

Don't recollect the spec for PS fluid but its not one that's generally available from autozone or others.
Look up the spec and order from Amazon don't remember capacity, I just buy a gallon every now and then.
If it looks dirty, follow the instructions and flush the system.
If its low find and fix the leak before it gets seriously expensive

for PS fluid, use pentosin CHF-11s available almost everywhere.. Many of the fluid specs in the owners manual no longer exist, another is the long life coolant from Havoline.. just use Dexcool, if that's what you have in there
