I recently acquired this snorkel with a D1 purchase. I am going to try and recoup some of the costs to go get it and bring everything back.

My understanding is it is made by Mantec.

The snorkel shown below came with the D1 and it is surplus to my needs. The D1 will live at 8000 feet and there rarely is much water anywhere nearby.

i already have a tentative buyer but before I sell it I am hoping someone can confirm it is complete. If my tentative buyer decides against the purchase, I will update with a price. Until and if that happens, to conform with rules, the price is 1 million euros for anyone but my tentative buyer.

With my wife and son far away in CoronaVirus seclusion, I will have some time on my hands and likely will be posting more odds and ends for sale.

Thank you, I will double check the boxes the parts came in to see if I missed it. Any chance you have photo of the bracket?

Not sure if a D1 is different, but holding it up to the fender, it looks like it is all one piece with the flexible hose being the final connection where the air horn/intake is at the front of the box. If I had that piece it would stick out of the front of the fender. It would be great if someone with one currently installed on a D1 could confirm.

You need the template for cutting the fender and the installation instructions... Put me on the list too.
I have thought about that. Anyone have one or know of an online resource? I figured i Could probably make do with a photo of one installed.

Keep in mind that Mantec hired a first grader to create their “template”.

Start cutting small and enlarge as needed or you could end up cutting out too much.
