Look forward to seeing it but seems like there have already been several documentaries around this story, obviously none to this level

Seems like it will be kind of lame, but I still want to see it and will probably enjoy it anyway.

I liked the segment Top Gear (or maybe The Grand Tour) did on Ford/Ferrari rivalry.

I enjoyed it. Somehow between reading go like hell and various publications of the history of the sunbeam tiger I missed that Ken Miles was british. That was kind of shocking at the first line

Saw it at a theater 1 block south of where Shelby’s Dallas dealership was. Really hoped that would have made it into the story. Supposedly the dealership’s upstairs bar was frequented by a who’s who of 60s lemans drivers

Initially thought the same, yet, it is a good flick with of course some movie bs.

Pretty sure you’ll enjoy it assuming you like Shelby / Ford stuff.
