Freeze frame data: throttle and load values?

Running OBD2 software to evaluate my O2 sensors, I noticed something curious in the freeze frame data. My throttle position was indicated at 12% and the load at 30% - however the truck was idling in neutral?!

I checked it several times and no change, other than a corresponding change in those values when more throttle was applied.

No codes other than CAT efficiency (due to faling O2 sensor). So, what would likely cause these values to be so off? TPS? Certainly these cannot be 'normal'...

Seems possible actually. THe TPS PID has always been retarded on these things.

I'm more concerned with why you think the o2 sensor is the cause of your Cat eff code.

Well, that's a guess actually. I had a P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) cose, and also the 1b O2 sensor was flatlining.

Is there a way to evluate the fuel ratio via sotware, or do I need to hook-up to testbook?

Back on topic, does throttle 12% and load 30% seem normal at idle?
