First, how do hou remove the nut? Get someone one the crank handle?

What else should I know?

I know one thing I should know... don't break the crank shaft pulley bolt.

I think I just screwed everything up with that one...

Yeah. Thanks.

Car is almost all back together, just waiting on new headlight wells and alternator bracket -- the belt is currently held tight with scrap rubber and firewood (a sure way to tell if your Series is working correctly).

I will button it back up and drive it before I get the heater core refurbished and re-installed. Don't need it for another few months anyway.
