Hey everyone,

I think it may be time to let my little camper go as I will not be able to use it as much in the upcoming year.

I can only assume that it is OK to post here since technically it has a VIN and a title (which is clean)

Mostly used for going to Land Rover club events through out virginia and north carolina 3-4 times a year. I have had this for about 2 years and it has been a flawless ownership. The camper is in excelent condition inside and out and very well cared for.

Trailer weighs 900 lbs with a tongue weight of 90 lbs.

Extra equipment inludes:
- 12v Propane Heather (which will keep you VERY toasty when it's cold outside)
- 12v interior lighting
- 110v A/C to 12v DC inverter to run 12v accessories when plugged to camp ground power or generator
- side propane port for grill... no grill included
- Digital Thermostat conversion
- side awning
- rear awning (over door)
- Electric brakes (7 pin)

Will include a new Deep Cycle battery and a Propane tank if purchased for asking price of $3500
Located in Roanoke, VA

How many can comfortably sleep in there? Me, wife and 2 boys?

If you, the wife and 2 boys are comfortable sharing a queen size bed than I would say yes. I saw this thing at Uwharrie last year and while I think it's nice I personally would not want to have to share it with more than one person.

Yeah.. It has a single queen bed in it but the little couch folds out into a single bed also but I wouldnt want to be that cramped in there.
