Ok, so i finally have the trim pcs and cowl i want to put on when i renew the windshield (it is cracked). The website asked me if i had a heated windshield. I dont think i do but i have been wrong before.

Is there a simple and fool proof way to confirm the heated windshield. I have the two plug ins near the cowls that are no plugged in but could that mean i had a heated windscreen and it was replaced with one that was not.

Looking for some wisdom?

Look closely. If you see tiny squiggly lines in the glass, it's heated. You'd have probably noticed them by now, because they are incredibly easy to spot.

Some can't stand the things because they're so easy to see. I personally wish every vehicle had them.

You should have a rectangular window icon on one of your switches, as opposed to the icon that actually looks like a window (with the curves on top and bottom) Thats the rear window heater.
At least that's how it is on mine, and the front window heater switch is directly above the rear window switch.

I guess a good response would have been asking if he wanted to identify the glass, the circuit, or both. Oops.

It's covered either way now, though.
