Looking for what part number 10 is called and where to find one that's not all busted up.

This part is not used to be found in good shape. It helps both fans to insert air flow trough radiators, avoiding air pressure to escape down

And they appear to be as rare as hens teeth. Looks like I might have to fab one out of alloy, or glue the old one back together.
