Help sourcing replacement Evap Purge Valve for D1

Hello All,

My '96 D1 SD (132k) has been intermittently throwing a P0441 code for the evap purge flow, and I'm wanting to replace the relevant parts one at a time to see if I can isolate the problem, but I can't find any replacement options for the D1 purge valve. I've searched the forums and seen a workaround using a Hyundai part, but I'm thinking it'll only work on the D2, since it is a physically different part than the one on my D1. The Hyundai part has open ports on either end, and the electrical connector on one side, while the one on my D1 apparently only has an open port on one side, and two nubs on the rear side (alongside the electrical connector).

Has anyone here with a D1 replaced their purge valve recently who might have a lead on where I can order a suitable replacement?

Thanks.

In my experience most purge valves function the same. Just look for one that fits your purge hoses
Okay, so apparently I'm not too bright, and I looked at the purge valve with a flashlight when it was dark out, so I didn't see that there is, of course, a second tube exiting the purge valve at a right angle to the one that goes to the engine. It's just pointed directly down and hidden under the valve so I didn't see it at first. I guess I just need to look around for one with the same perpendicular orientation of the inlet and outlet ports, and give it a try. I'm just hoping that purge valve's don't vary wildly on their specs so it works well enough to stop triggering the code. Assuming that my purge valve is causing it in the first place.
