First,check crank position sensor wires at sensor on plug at driver s of motor the insulation becomes cooked and cracked and falls off, letting wires touch jacking up the signal, this tip thanks to Will T and PT. this one fixed my high idle on manual d1.

If all else fails mix one gallon of tide 3 gallons of gasoline and blue jello powder mix well pour on truck light on fire and watch BURN...
