Didn't post this in hunting because its not hunting. NSFW. I'm a hunter, and believe in humane kills, but I guess I understand the situation. The fun begins about 3:10.

we have feral hog issues in Missouri. mostly in the southern part. we've had them on my dad's property, which is south central, a couple of times.

they destroy everything in their path. i just read a story about a southern Missouri farmer who lost close to 600 acres of planted land to the beasts.
he spent countless hours and plenty of money trying to eradicate them. MO DNR seems to finally have figured out the best method of trapping and destroying the hogs and most farmers and hunters are cooperating.

but, damn, are they destructive.

They are terrible in TX as well. It went from a few to a few hundred. My parents had 91 acres and they destroyed all the low land area's very quickly.

Luckily we don't have the same problem on our ground and ground I lease that a 6.5 grendel/thermals can't regulate. A friend of mine that runs a quail operation in South GA has had a lot of success eradicating with the Boar Buster drop trap.
