Hubs from D2 on D1

Does anyone know if the hubs from a D2 will fit the Disco 1. I want to change all my hubs so I can get the new wheel pattern for some steel wheels I like. I don't want the spacers not only because of the price but I've heard are not a good idea for off-road use??? I think I might need new rotors as well as those bolt right onto the hubs but I am not sure if they fit the other components of the D1. Thanks in advance....

What, already, its only been a couple days. Ill se what i got.

as far as rotors on a D2 to try and keep this almost on topic. they are pretty easy to change but dont think its worth the hassle of changing the hubs. It might be easier to put a whole D2 axle set there.

 You probably do not want to change out to D2 axles if you plan on wheeling a lot. Doing a field repair of a broken axleshaft would be tough. Further, the D2 axles are wider and not really a good match. I think it would be more trouble that it is worth for results that are worse than what you have.

BUT - if you really want to do this, I do have some D2 axles. :D
