I bought a new truck. A diesel no less.

OK, it has a few thousand miles on it, it's still pretty new.

Huh? You doing door to door tool sales now as well? Does that mean Rover parts delivery service at least as far as VA? Also, possibly coming in the future, a mobile repair shop? :D

Schram-on. Good luck. Just remember selling is not hard. Convincing yourself everyday to wake up and do the same thing is the hard part. You've done your own thing long enough to know this.

When I was 16 the snap-on guy in my area came into the shop I worked at and threw my brand new craftsman catalog in a trash can and brought me a new snap-on catalog. I promised that fucker I would never buy a damn thing from him and never did. Spent some coin on the mac truck and it went out of business.

Good luck on your new business. I wish I knew you were interested. A friend that had no business doing what your are doing opened his ect. I remember coming to his house and seeing $8000 tool chests in his front yard getting rained on. Last I heard he said fuck it and apparently they repossessed all his shit. I'm guessing he would have sold all that shit cheap.

I love the tools, however I haven't heard anything good about being a franchisee. Forced purchases of tools and equipment that don't sell, trimming of client lists, having to repo equipment form people that haven't paid. A thankless job, but I do wish you the best.

Does this mean I won't be able to call 1-900-CHAT-W-PT for my occasional long conversations about dogs, travel, and life (and short conversations about parts)?

This could pose a problem, because my regular therapist doesn't know squat about Land Rovers.
