Has anyone tried the cheap MTs floating around these days, like the RBP Repulsor? Would I be throwing away my money?

come on now, you know the saying "you get what you pay for" means right? While I like to value shop, I don't mess around when choosing tires. I would rather get the best or in top 3 rated/tested but find a way to get the cheapest deal or other incentive like when Discount Tire has periodic visa card rebates or sales, etc. I also think you get better customer support when there's an issue with the product. I have had maybe one bad Bridgestone or Pirelli, I forget, but it was just replaced w zero pushback.

Cheap PRC tires are probably made with the same care as their steel...you know...whole cars, old tires, box springs all go into the smelter. They DGAS as long as someone is willing to buy it.
