What do people with imported Defenders (well actually 90/110) do for insurance, especially if they wanted full coverage, but still wanted to drive it regularly? I know there are companies that do "classic" car stuff, but for "trucks" most of them say you cannot still use it for camping or off road use.

Never mind. I called around, and some places just have to enter it by hand and you just tell them how much money it's worth. Oddly enough, it's less money for an old 90 than it is for my Disco.

That just means they're going to be quicker in totaling it. Good luck.

The requirement varies from state to state but in order to total a vehicle the repairs have to be in excess of 75% (in some 90%) of the agreed value. Ins company looses if they total a vehicle they could repair for less.

That's what I figured. I guess if they try to screw me at some point, I'll figure out what to do then...

On a side note, I just heard word that my over-priced Defender should be here tomorrow!
