Is initial TPS reading of 12.2 correct?

I now have the dreaded high idle issue.

1999 Disco 1 SD

After a long battle with grounding and dash Temp guage issues I had everything fixed and running good for about a week. Went out and started disco in morning and high idle. I checked the MAF and it fell apart in my hand. I replaced it with upullandpay donor MAF and still have high idle.

I found that I did not replace the air filter box temp sensor plug after fixing the ground problem a week ago. I plugged that back in and still high idle. About 1250 RPM.

Scanned for codes. Found usual O2 codes, but P0113, Intake air temp sensor 1 circuit high input was new.

TPS is reading 12.2 upon startup. ECU Coolant temp is reading and working as normal.

Did I hose the Adaptive values by driving around with the air temp sensor unplugged?

I have the GEMs android app downloaded, but I'm waiting on my OBDLink? LX dongle to arrive on Wednesday to try resetting the adaptive values.

Is the ODB II reading of 12.2 TPS normal on startup? It does increase it I press the throttle as shown on the ODB reader. MAF is running between .02 and .01 so I think it is working.

I just fixed my idle issue as well by resetting the adaptive values - had to find my wife's old Samsung (we're all iPhone now) and charge and reset it so I could download the GEMs ECU Utility. Did that and reset the values using the software - and Voila! Idles perfectly. Gonna keep that old phone in the truck just in case I ever need that app again!
