I need a complete y-pipe with good cats for my 97 (have to pass emissions since I'm in metro Atlanta). Would prefer one with O2 sensors included if possible. I'm willing to drive a decent ways for pickup because I know shipping these is a pain, but if you have ready access to pallet materials, I'm open to that too.

I haven't checked lately, but a little while ago you could buy a new Y-pipe for about $400 including shipping on ebay. It' wasn't Magnaflow, but if you just want to pass inspection then you might consider this option.

I don't have any experience but think I remember some here awhile back reporting that some of the ebay Y pipes didn't line up quite right.

Aftermarket exhaust are hit or miss in bolting right up perfectly. After my cats started rattling I purchased my Y pipe from Rock Auto, it took a lot of heat and force to make it align where it was suppose to be a "factory replacement". The driver side O2 bung was not straight up and caused a problem. Lucky I had the tools and a lift to make it work, otherwise if I had been in the driveway it wouldn't have worked out. I agree with Will It's easy to cut and weld in new part store cats and not worry about fitment. Or buy a used one.
