Can you buy just the plastic part of the key fob and use the existing key and electronics? My buttons are all disintegrated, but all the stuff still works.

I know it's a different fob, but I got new replacement cases from Ebay for my Disco II. They also included uncut keys, and changing out the guts was a snap. So, I imagine that those tricky Asians also make one for your application.

I was able to source 2 new cases for my 2013 LR4 proximity keys, and transfer the electronics to them..

Yes, They can be had on Amazon for ~$10. Getting the old "waterproof" case open is a PITA though.

I have also purchased key remotes from China at about $30 each and transferred the key blade. I did this when the non serviceable battery went dead in my remote. This route would need to be programmed... I worked at a dealer so that wasn't a hurdle for me
