Where in NC are you? Is there a town called Central because I can't find it in Google Maps. I am interested in picking up your bumper once we negotiate a price.

Central:
: in the middle of something : located in the center of a thing or place
: main or most important
: controlling all other parts : having power over the other parts

I can't think of a better way to describe where I live. I'm in the middle of the state, about 20ish minutes from the capital of the state and located in the cross section of 3 towns. That sounds pretty central to me.

Joking aside, I live roughly midway between Garner, Clayton and Fuquay-Varina.

It has me wondering how this would fit a DII

The bumper itself should fit, the mounts might need some tweaking however. The inside bracket is designed to sit flush against the front cross member. The DII Has a angled support here. So those mounts would need to be cut back to clear those brackets. Otherwise, the only limitation I could see is if the DII happens to be wider than a DI. But I've read about people installing DI brush bars on DII's so I would think that would work too.

The comma between Central and NC threw me off.

Anyway, I'm about to PM you!

Timmy I know a guy that is making one very similar and does really nice work. He made me one that was adjustable so I could use it on the D2 or the 110

Edit: Sorry for the hi-jack

Ok, just looked at the thread, I was trying to figure out how you could use the same bumper on a DII and a D110 or why you would want to. I do like that rack and it seems light enough to take on and off. Too bad my truck does not have a roof to put on one.

It isn't bad to put up and down at all. The welds look top notch and I couldn't be happier with the customer service he gave. I do like the look of the KVT original but the flexibility of using it on either trucks is great.
