So my I've noticed my range expels an inordinate amount of brake dust from the front bakes. Not that big of a deal but if the wheels are clean and shiny and I decide to head downtow 5 miles away to pick up a toothless hooker they are covered in brake dust which annoys me and the toothless hooker. Anyone have any suggestions for a low dust brake pad for a L322?

first, you are heading down the road i knew you would head down. Next youll be asking which tassel loafer you should wear to best coordinate with your range rovers interior.

Second, your only option is ceramic which increases stopping distance and they eventually start to squeal....

But obviously you are now more concerned with how pretty your rover looks. Do you golf now too?

Does it have Genuine pads fitted? The front callipers on those older Range Rovers tend to get seized which could lead to excessive brake dust.

On my car I use the ceramic brake pads from NAPA to cut down on the dust. I hate brake dust on the rims. My RRC isn't as bad, I use the standard AB pads (which squeak).

I think I remember reading that static electricity causes the dust to stick to the rim. and those static guns us old guys used to kill the static on a record album will help. The dust is still going to come off the pad but won't stick to the wheel.

Never tried it so don't hang me if it don't work.
