You’re not the only one to notice that.Been seeing a bunch of D2 ads lately with the statement "Truck doesn't run" but still demanding "bring an idiot and his credit card" truck prices.
Or my favorite, "Just needs a blah to run."
No, it's fucked and you don't know how to fix it.
Yea man, trucks you could barely give away a few years ago are now being sold for $6-8k. Crazy.Been seeing a bunch of D2 ads lately with the statement "Truck doesn't run" but still demanding "bring an idiot and his credit card" truck prices.

I agree. The price curve is going crazy right now.they actually sell at that price?

What a joke. That things worth whatever the scrapper will pay. There is a month old Craig's ad here selling a 2004 that's halfway through an engine replacement.
They're asking $1750 without the replacement engine and +$900 to include the engine he bought.

Actually they are according to the people selling them. One guy selling a D1 5 speed, (half way through the project) is claiming he sold a restored D2 on BAT for $27k.I don’t think Disco2 is seeing the same spike in price. Everybody seems to know it’s a POS
That was me about 6 or 7 months ago. Found a 95(?) DI not running in SC for $650. Sat around thinking about it before I decided WTF. Emailed the guy and it was gone. I console myself by telling myself it was probably rusted out but man I fucked that up.Well, just because that is what they say they are selling them for doesn't mean I believe them.
I had a chance at a 2003 for $600 a couple of months ago. I should have taken it because the seller was describing the classic CPS no start issue.
Cylinder 1 and 2 low pressure I tink is bad fuel pump
Land Rover Trading Wall 'MERICAN' version said:Truck is in good shape overall and drives well. Previous owner maintained it well and I have attempted to do the same. Sunroofs have been sealed and rhino-lined over.
