There are a few around here. Aaron (roversdowneast) and Chuck (aluclassics) on D90 import them pretty regularly. When my D1 has become too rusty, Im going to throw the body away and build a 100" version of a HCPU. Defender HCPU cab, 130 bed and Disco drivetrain. Sort of like the actual one used in the Tomb Raider movie. The Tomb Raider editions are nothing more than badges and silver paint on regular models. Like this one minus all the movie crap on it (this one has the upper portion of the cab taken off like in the movie)

I'd like to have a 100" wheel base Defender. The 90 is too short and the 110 is too long. Let's not forget about how loud, slow, hot, noisy, and all around uncomfortable.

Yeah, Defenders certainly are all of the above. I would love an 100" HCPU as the off road toy where NVH doesnt really matter. I dont like 110s and I certainly dont understand the hard on for 130's. Not to mention the $24k+ people seem to want for a glorified tractor. It seems that once it reaches America, its instantly worth 2 or 3x more.

We have one sitting at the shop right now! Plus another two complete bodies (not including the one listed above); one of which the truck below will receive (plus a new chassis, TDi etc.). They're pretty sweet. The fact that they're so unique in the 'States makes me love them, but the bed is essentially useless.

That would be one of mine. Actually have two doublecabs here and two more that will soon be on the way. The one above is stupid, its better than new and the tuned td5 will pull slam past 100 with the a/c on! Its nuts...
