LR3 EGR valve to throttle body coolant hose

I'm trying to find the small diameter replacement C shaped coolant hose that runs from the top front of the EGR valve to the bottom of throttle body of a 2006 LR3 with 4.4. The part number on the hose is H23-9Y438-BC but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know the correct part number or perhaps another name for it? Thanks.
