So I am thinking about getting a LR3...again... there are 2 (FS by the same guy) that are in my local area that I like and are somewhat built. However, they have salvaged titles because they were bought at auction. One has 190k mi (asking $7k) the other has 160k mi (asking $14k). Am i out of my mind and not looking at the big picture? I feel like they are priced way to high because of mileage and salvage title-thoughts?? Should i just pass these by or make (probably what he feels is a lowball) offer?

Below are the builds--

They don't have salvage titles because they were bought at auction.
They have salvage titles because the previous owner's insurance company determined the vehicle was a total loss for some reason.

Hard pass. Find a well taken care of stock vehicle and add any modifications you want. Those ‘builds’ are lift rods, tires, rack and some sliders. You can know those out in a weekend to any LR3 for not a whole lot of dough
