My experience with aftermarket pads has not been good. I've installed a few sets and I think Delphi are the ones I've had problems with. The warning sensor will not fit properly into the slot in the pad. Its as if the powder coat is too thick. Also, they are noisy. I would probably go with Genuine pads and good quality aftermarket rotors.

I got a full kit from Tillery. Genuine rotors and pads. No idea who makes the LR3 pads but they came in a pretty green box.

I can't remember what I paid but I remember it being a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.

Rotos - R1 Concepts, E-Line Series (drilled and slotted). Good service. Reasonably priced. Check for seasonal discounts.

Pads - Hawk LTS (semi-metallic). Great stopping power and minimum dust, compared to Ferodo Premium. Reasonable wear to rotors.

TF cross drilled rotors, Ferodo pads

I have TF rotors on the rear of my D90, and they are very noisy in reverse. Not a big issue, but embarrassing when parking. They were noisy the day after installed them with new Genuine pads. I'll probably buy a set for the front since the price is right.
