LT230 jack adapter plate (LRT-100-045 or LRT-99-010)

Does anyone have (or know where to buy) a fabricated jack adapter / support plate for the LT230? It's listed as LR tool # LRT-100-045 or LRT-99-010 (not sure of the difference, but they seem to interchange.)

Do you have a donor case? You can make your own adapter by drilling the bottom cover and running bolts through it to a fabbed jack adapter.
