I installed new steel bumper and winch therefore have to relocate windshield washer tank and lines and connections ... found Honda washer tank that fits nicely on passenger side on firewall no drilling just slides in ... however have flashing lights and no start ... found 40 amp fuse blown and replaced underhood still lights flashing and no start I dont think these are connected problems have disconnected battery overnight still same no start and lights flashing any other suggestions really appreciate input
