Max susp. lift for a LWB?

What is the most lift via springs that would not require new driveshafts and/or brake lines? I got stuck on the frame rails the other day and a few more inches would of helped...... I would like to do 3 or 4 inches with springs ( any recommendations) and a couple more with body lift.

What are the easy options? What are the hard options?

lift

our LWB was lifted 3" with the SG Stage II stuff. mine was the first with this from SG and although SG felt new shafts were not necessary, we ended up having to install them to eliminate the vibes.

the easy way is just to lift the height it would go in the high position of an EAS system - its been awhile since I've had mine so guessing an 1.5" or something like that.

3" or more and many more items need to be taken into account.

I already have coils on but I don't know how they would have compared to a maxed out EAS. Thanks for the answer. Sounds like 3 inches may take some more effort than I can afford right now.

My '93 LWB in EAS extended height mode, was 19" from the center of the wheel to the bottom edge of the wheel arch.

With OME 764s in the front and 781/1.5" spacers in the rear, I'm averaging about 21" all around.

For reference, the extended mode was about 2.5" over the standard ride height - access mode height was 1.5" under (15").

You will probably get vibes with a similar lift. I put in a DII front shaft which solved my driveshaft vibes.

You should do extended brake lines also, even though the LWB stock lines were longer than normal to allow for the height change.
