I am about to have my flywheel resurfaced by a local shop. Does anyone know the serviceable thickness requirements? I have been pouring through the RAVE and it makes no mention of flatness requirements or minimum thickness.

Machine shop should be able to determine the condition of the flywheel with visual inspection straight edge measurement, score marks, heat cracks, and hard spots are problems, machine wheel grind out Is the solution.
I would be very surprised if your flywheel was too thin or has any other issues that cannot be resolved with resurfacing it. Also, it is very hard to find a replacement. The GEMS R380 flywheels are rare and NLA new. The machine shop will advise if there is a problem.
