I replaced my throttle position sensor and as expected my idle has jumped up around 2000 rpm in park and around 1200 in drive. I plan on taking it to the a mechanic to have the ECU flashed, but I wanted to know if you guys would think it would be safe to drive it to him as long as I give myself plenty of room for braking and such. Thanks guys.

P.S. I did my homework and searched but could not find my answer.

Can you manually adjust the idle down a bit or is the linkage loose? To the right of your actuator diaphram is the cable and it may be able to be adjusted. I'd drive it if it was a short distance.

I'll have to check the cable again, but if I remember right, there is no tension on the cable. It appears that the TPS/ECU has the throttle engaged before the linkage even has a chance to engage, if that makes sense.

I adjusted the linkage so that it pulls in a straight line now and that helped the idle drop about 500 RPM. It is much more manageable to drive, so I should be able to get it to garage without a problem. Thanks for your help.
