You may have a bad switch in the turn signal itself. Or you could take off the housing unscrew it and try to clean it off with contact cleaner. On your brake lights the switch could be bad behind the pedal.
a bad brake light switch at the pedal will not let you shift out of park. check tail lights. then check headlight switch if you can, but be careful pulling it out. it can be very sticky
brake light switch = stuck in park.
bad headlight switch = possible blinker failure. usually the running lights and dash lights dont work in this case, but the headlights still do.
