FYI... there's about 20 or so trucks... one AMC Eagle.

Saturday, the 2nd, meet at Waffle House at 8:30, depart by 9. Takes about 20 minutes (on map) from the Waffle House up 52 to turn off to Sheep Wallow. We can ride down and back and then go up NimbleWill Gap Rd for nice spots by the creek to cook or if we find some spots along Sheep Wallow... just gonna play it by ear. Bring some food, a grill if you need it, some lawn chairs and lots of water!

Beginners welcome! If you got a CB we will start on Channel 7. A few of us have winches and some good experience so we will do our best to keep any unwanted damage from happening.

I may go up there, just don't want to be recovering people in over their head all day. The people with the stock rigs will probably tear some stuff up. The whole trail is pretty bad off camber. I ripped my rear bumper of my rig last time I was up there

Can't make it but I might be persuaded into a Beasley Knob trip later in July. Will probably still have my TSLs bolted onto my truck at that time.

Saw that AMC Eagle. I don't care what anyone says. That thing is COOL and the guy who drives it is crazy awesome. Only thing I would change is rock sliders and front bumper if it doesn't have one. If you go, find out what transfer case he put in it. I am curious.
