90 ft/lbs doesn't sound low to me. I think the torque spec on the older trucks with 14 bolt heads was 80 ft/lbs.
Not over heating but running a little hot.

Final Update. i switched out the head bolts for ARP engine head stud kit. I like that you know exactly what your torque is and it fixed my problem!
