Oil line leak at radiator fitting

Posting up to see if anyone else has run into this issue. Changed the radiator and oil cooler lines a couple weeks ago, noticed this fitting was leaking. Took it apart yesterday, found a fucked up o-ring (my error, as I assumed when I saw the leak). Cleaned it all up, removed the brass radiator fitting, cleaned that up and reinstalled it all with a new o-ring. I used blue loctite to seal everything like I did the first time- yes, I know it isn't a "thread sealer" but I use it all the time without issues, and it is still leaking. Oil is also slinging around from the fan. I think the oil cooler leaking externally would be a RARE problem.

The pipe is a bit bent (again my fault) but the lines thread on cleanly and on the first time when I reinstalled it all yesterday. I'm going to take it all apart again this weekend and use some real thread sealer on both sides of the fittings (instead of just the radiator side) and see what happens. If it still leaks, I'll warranty the line back to rovers north and try again when I change the oil in a couple weeks.

Any other ideas? Every time I fix one leak, another one pops up.

Shit, didn't think about that. I'll throw some JB weld or something around the edges of the soldering piece just in case. If it continues to leak, I'll just plug the oil cooler ports or get an external one.

Welp. I'm dumb. It was the upper line that was leaking. Split o-ring. Or they both were leaking. Anyway, fixed now.
