First check the insulation wrap from the plug is in good shape. I would follow it as far as you can. Also could be caused by simple things like bad gas, plug/wires misfire etc.

i've had that code for several years now. never sets off the CEL light but is always there when i plug in the code reader.

put in a new knock sensor and no change.

was never a problem when i went for Safety and Emissions until this year. the Porsche shop i'm taking it to does good work and is less expensive than the former shop i used but they are telling me i can't pass Emissions with this code sitting there.

guess i'll start tracing the wire back and checking the insulation.

I don’t have a CEL on either, but I ran an Ultragauge do I get the code each time I drive it now.
That may be a good thing suggesting it’s not throwing the code because of a problem elsewhere. Check its coax wiring for any signs of damage.

From the RAVE manual...
P0327 - Knock sensor 1 circuit low input (bank 1 or single sensor) / LH bank signal less than threshold determined from ECM model above 2200 rev/min

If you find you have to purchase a knock sensor (not cheap!), get a Bosch #W0133-2040009. Use a torque wrench on it since it's delicate.

Just had this happen to me. I took the whole wire loom up to the TB. Had tk remove the ac compressor and intake to get to everything.

Had to carefully splice it and now no code. Do yourself a favor and use a wire loom once figured out. Atleast mine, which was previously repaired was not in one.
