P38 Driver's Side Window falls off lift

A while ago (4 years) I fixed the driver's side window lift problem where the main bracket fails because it cracks. Everything was working well, but recently, the front of the window doesn't lift and all gets jammed up. Can anyone tell me what's failed, so I can obtain the parts before ripping it apart, please.

Probably a broken wheel on the regulator but you should take a look at it first.
