Pertronix help, again

Happy to hear you have it worked out. Not sure what is wrong with the pertronix coils. Eventually I will try a different one. Like I mentioned in an earlier post, I have 50k miles on my set up with no problems. It's been in 105 degrees and -17 this winter and luckily it ran just fine.

I wonder if anyone thought about the fact that there are two types of these old style coils, one for points and one for electronic ignitions. Some also needed to incorporate ballast resistors to function properly. Just a thought...

Pertronix definitely tells you which coil to match the distributor to.
