radio mounting options

I'm curious what mounting options others have figured out for their radios. Ultimately I'd like to have two radios installed - a vhf/uhf and a 10/11 metre rig. I've been experimenting with this position and, so far, it's less intrusive than I'd have thought. But I want one more radio on board. Pics of your setup (including HT's) very welcome. Thanks,

Did you add any extra support beyond the headliner fasteners Robert? That looks like a light weight transceiver but I worry about mounting something heavier on that plastic. Could be the solution I'm looking for. Thanks,
