How much of the quarter? Inner and outer? The inner on my white one is, well, a little "soft". Ha ha

No mudflap parts - she's pretty rotted back there. Ha

So the rear quarter, I consider the side from the wheel opening to the edge near the bumper finisher the quarter - or do you mean the actual corner the tail light is on or the upper d-pillar cover?

Just want to be clear. My corner is ok but is rusty a little. The alloy panel quarter is good as is the d-pillar.

And boxed on top of a large panel of plywood for rigidity - along with the pass seat base trim panels and the rear seat area carpets.
