Not rusty, but...looks like bedliner.

It's used for hauling.... expedition gear, and jerry cans full of fuel, and sometimes animal carcasses, tires,... but mostly I have just carried air on it.

I still have it-but nobody would pay to ship a rack this ugly.

Let me say it again-UGLY.

It is a very solid rack; no rust anywhere...but bedliner is ugly on a rack.

I may try and torch the bedliner off in the spring and repaint when its warmer.
