RRC, D1, D2 Door Seals

A couple of months ago, one of the members here said he was going to make a bunch of seals for the above vehicles.
There was a lot of interest and "I'll buy a set" response.
Just curious if it's going to happen, delayed due to Kung Flu, or..??

Yes this is still happening, and yes C19 has slowed down the logistics of it. It takes some time to get the tooling, fit, and packaging right. I want everyone to be pleased with what they receive.

You guys know you can just use D2 door seals for everything except LWB 2nd rows, right? Still available genuine and aftermarket.

These will present a third option which is less expensive than genuine and seal more tightly than both. Will also offer matched LWB 2nd row seals.

As someone who owned and used a set of these custom seals on my Disco 1 and retrofitted my RRC SWB with a set of D2 seals, I can say from personal experience that these custom seals are thicker and more robust than the D2 seals.

Pricing will slot between aftermarket and genuine. The quality you expect in genuine parts, with superior sealing, and made in USA, so I think that presents good value.
