RRC steel gas tank

Looking for a a steel gas tank out of a fuel injected Range Rover Classic. Prefer nearby but if the price is right with shipping I'll go that route.

Not interested in a plastic tank, won't work for my needs.atriot:

What's your time frame on needing the tank?

I was hoping to have it by mid month so I could start the FI/engine/tranny/tc swap on the 110. It was pointed out to me on D-90 that shipping a used tank could have hazmat issues that I hadn't considered.

The tank is a direct swap into the 110, so aside from fabbing up fuel lines it should be pretty straight forward.

I shot PT a email a couple of days ago hoping he would have one in the graveyard behind the shop, hopefully he does. If not I'll call Marty. If there are shipping issues with a used gas tank he is the next shortest drive.

I'm not sure, but I would guess you will need the expansion tank too and associated lines.

When I did my fuel lines I used aluminum fuel lines from Summit... much easier to fit.

I have all that, the old black RRC that is playing the role of organ donor for the deed. Unfortunately it has a plastic tank that supposedly doesn't swap right ouver

Thought they did away with the expansion tank when they upgraded to the plastic?!?
