This is the original Safari Guard front bumper for the Discovery 2. Comes with skid plate and shackle mounts.

It has some scratches and a few dings on the skid plate but it's in good shape. Could use a re-painting.

$600 obo.

Local pickup only in Arizona (Scottsdale) because it's ridiculously heavy.

I had a SG bumper for sale for months at $800. Nothing. $600 is what these are worth.

They aren't built as well as RTE and now that they have started fabrication again (new owner), pieces just aren't commanding $800-1000 anymore... Even for original.

I 100% AGREE....you had it priced right. Safarigard is firing back up again. The demand for alot of those items hasnt been as large.....tactical rover, RTE and a few others i feel just hasnt changed much and are all so similar. I dig the Higher clearance and design of RTE but the 2 here in GA i saw up close didnt blow me away fabrication wise. Strong and well designed

I just got the first D1 rear bumper by the new Safari Guard. Its a nice piece and now they make one you can keep your rear hitch with which was a huge plus for me. (I think they make the old style as well). Its priced well too. I havent installed it yet so hoping it fits right. (Christmas gift for my sons D1). On a side note I bought a Tactical Rover front bumper for it used for 500. I think your priced right.

Never understood the crazy love for SG. Some of their stuff was really cool, but the bumper looks similar to RTE, nice but not gee whiz. I think they are back to making stuff again.

How do you browse/order their "new" stuff? They have links to their facebook or instagram accounts on the webpage safarigardllc.com but no catalog of items offered?
so i am on a waiting list for D2 rear bumper and sliders, spare high lift holder, spare tire full bracket....no more spacer. Email him or Fb or IG......they are making smaller batches of stuff. First come first serve on that end and he is working on a ton of new stuff. Some improvements to old style designs and some very new products
